Nature of Work

The Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Ticket Sales & Service Department. Other responsibility includes assisting the Ticket Sales & Service Account Executives in executing Events, Match Days, Group Outings and other aspects of the ticket sales department. The Sales Coordinator should be a professional, team focused, positive individual. The Sales Coordinator will work under the guidance of the VP of Ticket Sales & Service with support from other members of the Ticket Sales leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of all sales materials. 
  • Manage sales reports for leadership and staff.
  • Maintain and further develop organization of the CRM and Ticketing platforms.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of prospect special events on and offsite. 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of season ticket member events.
  • Manage gameday staffing and set-up on gamedays.
  • Coordinate team outings, sales contests, and sales events.
  • Attend & work community events, if needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with coursework in business, sales, marketing, sport management, or similar area.
  • 1+ years’ experience working within a ticket sales or marketing department.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extend hours as required .
  • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

  • Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

Compensation

  • Base salary range $50,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
