Purchase , New York, Responsibilities and duties:

Guidance and Education:

Educating players and parents: Providing seminars, workshops, and individual meetings to inform families of the college recruiting process.

College search assistance: Helping players find the right college or university based on their academic and athletic goals, including identifying suitable programs, levels (NCAA DI, DII, NAIA), and conferences.

NCAA eligibility guidance: We provide support and resources regarding NCAA eligibility requirements and the NCAA Eligibility Center process. 

Player Promotion and Exposure:

Player profiles and videos: Assisting players in creating profiles and highlight videos to showcase their skills to college coaches.

Communication with college coaches: Serve as a liaison between college coaches and interested players, facilitating communication and providing feedback.

Organizing college-related events: Coordinating college showcases, team camps, and ID series games to increase player exposure. 

Qualifications:

Experience:

A strong background in soccer coaching, player development, and/or experience with the college recruitment process.  

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of NCAA rules, eligibility requirements, and the college soccer landscape.  

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with players, families, and college coaches.  

Leadership:

Ability to lead and motivate players, manage staff, and oversee the college pathway program
