Girls Academy Aspire Staff Coach

Purchase , New York, New York Soccer a club is looking for coaches to join our Academy staff in working with and developing youth players in an ambitious, competitive and fun environment. 

Staff Coach : We are looking for an energetic person who has a passion to work with highly skilled youth players, as well as be a part of team working towards a culture of excellence.

Tasks include but not limited to:

• Coaching teams

• Planning and running training sessions

• Assisting with administrative work

• Having a charismatic personality with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff and players

• Managing the performance environment by leading the development of players and teams

Notes:  Salary is dependent upon coaching experience, background and the number of hours available. Performance reviews will be ongoing.

Position requirements:

1 Hold at least a USSF / United Soccer Coaches License with a view to further education and professional growth
