What is this jobs page about?
We focus entirely on jobs in the women's sports industry - think WNBA, college sports, agencies, youth sports, and more!

Do I have to be a member to see jobs?
You can view our current Top 10 Jobs for free. To access the full job board, you’ll need to become a member. It’s a small step that can make a big difference in your career. As a member, you’ll unlock full access and be able to search by location, category, or salary - saving you time and helping you find the right opportunity faster.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes of course! Cancel anytime. While we are unable to provide refunds, you will receive the full term you paid for, whether a full week, month or quarter (3 months).

Can't I find these jobs elsewhere?
You could, but it’s a hassle. We know because we were doing the same thing: jumping from team to team and league to league, and still missing out on great opportunities. That’s why we built this: to bring as many women’s sports jobs as possible into one easy place. If you’re here, chances are you were looking for the same thing. We’re here to make your life, and your career search, easier!

How are you different from other job boards?
Most sports job boards charge organizations to post roles, which means you only see jobs from companies that can afford to pay. We don’t do that. Posting is free, so we’re able to include a wider range of women’s sports jobs - all in one place.

How often are jobs updated?
Daily! Our team works behind the scenes to collect new women’s sports job opportunities every day. After that, we conduct an extra human review to categorize, update, and verify listings before they’re added to the board.

There are some duplicate jobs in here, is that normal?

We try to catch duplicates during our review process, but occasionally one may slip through. If you notice a duplicate, hit the "Job Expired?" button on the posting or email us at hello@motherofsport.com, and we’ll take care of it!

Where are these jobs located?

We’re based in the United States, but women’s sports are global, and so is our job board. While many of the roles we feature are based in the US, we also include opportunities from around the world to give job seekers a broader view of what’s out there. You can filter listings by location to find the ones that fit you best.

What types of jobs are these?

All kinds! If it’s a job in women’s or girls’ sports, it belongs here - whether it's in the front office, on the field, behind the camera, or in a support role.

Are these all entry-level jobs?

Not at all. While we do list internships and entry-level roles, we also feature mid-level and senior positions, including director and VP-level openings.

Why is there a cost to be a member?

Because every job you see has been reviewed by a real person, not a robot! We search, sort, and tag each listing by hand to ensure it’s relevant, accurate, and easy to search. Your membership supports the work that goes into curating these opportunities and keeps the board open to all organizations - not just the ones that can afford to pay - so you have access to the most jobs in one place.

I've seen some men's teams listed in here - why?
Great question! Some ownership groups operate both men’s and women’s teams, and many roles support both sides of the organization - especially in areas like marketing, partnerships, operations, or front office leadership. If a role touches the women’s side, we try to include it.
As an example, Pacers Sports & Entertainment owns both the NBA’s Indiana Pacers and the WNBA’s Indiana Fever. A job listed under PS&E might also include responsibilities that support both the Pacers and the Fever. We include these listings to make sure you don’t miss opportunities that contribute to the women’s side, even if the job title doesn’t explicitly say so.

Some of the jobs are highlighted in yellow, what does that mean?
Highlighted jobs appear with a yellow background to help them stand out. These listings are featured by the employer to catch your attention. They’re often urgent, high-priority, or premium opportunities. Keep an eye on them if you're actively looking!

I want to post my job on this board.
Awesome! Posting a job is free - just click the β€œPost a Job” button on the homepage. You can also choose one of our featured posting packages to get extra visibility in front of top women’s sports professionals.

Can you help us find the right hire?
