Girls Unite is a San Francisco–based, all-girls competitive soccer club committed to creating a positive, empowering, and equitable environment for female athletes. We provide high-quality coaching, player-centered development, and a strong community that values confidence, creativity, leadership, and joy in the game. Our programs serve players from U4 to U19 and are guided by a mission to elevate girls and women through soccer.
Position Overview
Girls Unite is seeking a dynamic and experienced 11v11 Director to lead the development and oversight of our U13–U19 teams. This role is ideal for a passionate educator-coach who excels at guiding both players and coaches, implementing a modern curriculum, and strengthening a unified style of play throughout the upper age groups.
The 11v11 Director will collaborate closely with the Girls Unite Director of Coaching, coaching staff, and families to ensure exceptional learning environments, meaningful competitive experiences, and a cohesive pathway from middle school to college-preparatory play.

Compensation
Competitive and commensurate with experience. Compensation may include coaching stipends, hourly training wages, and/or an administrative salary depending on role structure.
