Angel City is looking for a Sr Manager/ Director, Ticket Sales to support the growth of Angel City FC’s fan base and ticketing department. Driving the growth of Angel City’s fanbase across the greater LA community is key to the club’s success. This role will report to the Vice President, Ticketing.
Responsibilities:
Revenue and Strategy
Achieve individual and team revenue targets as set forth by Angel City leadership
Build and execute an overarching ticket sales strategy for the club, including season, half season, premium, group, mini plan, and single game sales
Compile and share market trends and best practices across the industry
Regularly measure the effectiveness of the organization’s various sales campaigns and offerings, and provide recommendations for further improvement
Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, partnerships, and business operations to embed sales strategies into company-wide goals
Sales Leadership and Development
Build and lead the top-performing ticket sales team by recruiting, training, and coaching talent while fostering a results-driven and growth-oriented culture
Develop and implement KPIs that support the club’s strategic objectives
Continuously engage and support the sales staff through mentorship, performance tracking, and actionable feedback
Ensure the execution of activities and sales targets by ticket sales staff
Assist and participate when called upon for other department/organizational activities and events
Manage gameday communication with Angel City staff for ticketing needs
Have input and knowledge of all experiences available for Angel City fans, including gameday execution
Data and Analytics
Work closely with the Data Strategy team to transform data into reports that guide sales planning and decision-making
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and efficiently maintain all sales campaigns and lead distribution within CRM
Leverage CRM and data analytics platforms to monitor key sales metrics, uncover trends, and optimize tactics for higher conversion rates
Complete weekly pipeline, revenue reports, and projections
Own prospect communication sequencing, customized for specific target demographics and lead pools
Assist in managing the Ticketmaster relationship
Monitor sales activity and commission reporting
Requirements:
A minimum of five years working in ticketing and service, preferably within professional sports, luxury, or hospitality
Experience managing daily, monthly, and annual expectations
Management experience leading a team of sales executives
Proven track record of high-level, quantitative sales success
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal
Personable, proactive, creative, and innovative team player who believes in the mission and values of Angel City and the NWSL
Ideal to have knowledge and proficiency in Archtics, Salesforce, and Tableau
Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays

Compensation
In addition to the benefits above, this role has a pay range between $80 to $110k + bonus
