Job Purpose: The Partnership Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting sponsorship sales and partnership development efforts by coordinating new business proposals, presentations and meeting preparation.    
 
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:   
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all partnership assets, sponsorship opportunities, and inventory available across Dallas Wings properties.* 
  • Become proficient in Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, meetings, opportunities, and sales pipeline updates. 
  • Support data entry, reporting, and ongoing management of partnership development activities within Salesforce. 
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Partnership Development team, both internally and externally. 
  • Communicate daily with internal sales teams regarding completed tasks, project status, and upcoming priorities. 
  • Prepare sales materials and ensure all meeting collateral is current, accurate, and professionally presented. * 
  • Recap external meetings and track actionable next steps to ensure timely follow-up and accountability. * 
  • Support go-to-market initiatives by coordinating preparation of sales materials, promotional items, gifting programs, and customized client experiences. * 
  • Arrange and manage client hospitality experiences for Dallas Wings games, including both in-market and out-of-market events. 
  • Help track sponsorship inventory availability and communicate updates to the sales team as needed. * 
  • Special Projects as needed 
 
Game Day Duties/Responsibilities:  
  • Engage with prospects and partners during the Dallas Wings games and events. 
  • Responsible for preparing and executing in game activations for partners. * 
  • Support activation team on gamedays. * 
  • Prolonged standing, walking and extended work hours. 
  • Must be available to attend all home games for Dallas Wings, as well as attend most community events.  Games & events may take place on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Job Requirements:   
  • Formal Education & Relevant Work Experience:   
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Business, or related field. 
    • 3+ years of experience in partnership management, activation, brand marketing or agency client services. 
    • Prior internships and/or related experience required 
    • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. 
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Experience with CRM systems, sponsorship analytics platforms, and project planning tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Salesforce, Monday.com). 
  • Work Location & Hours: Work is performed in the office and/or at one of the arenas as determined necessary by the Company. Must be available to attend ALL home games for the Dallas Wings, as well as attend company events. Games & events may take place on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.*

Physical Requirements* 
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, walking and extended work hours. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.  
  • Hearing, seeing, reading, writing, concentration, comprehension, and talking with clear speech. 
  • Planning, organizing, interpreting data, making decisions, problem-solving, and composure under deadlines/stress.
