Nature of Work:
Denver Summit is seeking a knowledgeable, high energy match day Public Address announcer to inform, engage and entertain fans throughout all home matchdays at Dick Sporting Goods Park, and Centennial Park. The PA Announcer plays a vital role in delivering a high-quality matchday experience aligned with the NWSL presentation standard, ensuring accuracy, neutrality, professionalism and entertainment value. This person should be able to follow a Run of Show and be able to adapt on the fly.

This person should be able to follow a Run of Show and be able to adapt on the fly.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the PA voice of Denver Summit during all home matches.
- Deliver clear, accurate and timely announcements including:
- Starting Lineups
- Officials
- Goal Scorers and substitutions
- Sponsorship reads
- Matchday promotions and community messaging
- Safety and emergency information
- Monitor the game flow, and be able to improvise and take direction where necessary. Including responding to on-field action, weather and emergencies.
- Attend rehearsals where necessary and provide feedback to continually improve the overall matchday experience.
- Demonstrate crowd awareness and adjust energy based on game flow and fan response.
- Maintain neutrality and professionalism
- Represent Denver Summit in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of soccer terminology and match flow.
- Strong vocal presence with excellent dictation and pacing.
- Previous experience as a PA Announcer, host, broadcaster or public speaker preferred.
Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Thrives in a team environment.
- Passionate about Denver Summit, Women’s soccer and women’s sports and willing to continue to learn and support the organization’s mission, values and goals.
- Ability to remain composed in live-event, high-pressure environments.
- Strong understanding of soccer terminology and match flow.
- Availability for all home matches, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to follow production cues, and timing.
- Ability to maintain positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing environments.
Compensation:
- $500 per match day
