Nature of Work:
Denver Summit FC is seeking a professional, energetic, and engaging match day In-Stadium Host to engage and entertain fans throughout all home matchdays at Dick Sporting Goods Park, and Centennial Park. The In-Stadium Host plays a vital role in creating an unforgettable matchday experience aligned with the NWSL presentation standard, ensuring accuracy, neutrality, professionalism and entertainment value. This person should have a strong on-camera presence, be able to follow a Run of Show and be able to adapt on the fly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an in-stadium and on camera host during Denver Summit FC home matches.
  • Execute live in-game promotions, interviews, contests, and fan features with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with producers, directors, stage managers and other game day staff to deliver scripted and unscripted content. 
  • Engage with fans and help create memorable, high-energy moments throughout the match.
  • Attend rehearsals where necessary and provide feedback to continually improve the overall matchday experience. 
  • Demonstrate crowd awareness and adjust energy based on game flow and fan response. 
  • Maintain neutrality and professionalism 
  • Represent Denver Summit in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
  • Work in extreme weather conditions

Qualifications:
  • Prior on-camera or live-event hosting experience required. 
  • Previous experience as a PA Announcer, host, broadcaster, radio or public speaker preferred.

  • Strong vocal presence with clear articulation, energy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to remain composed in live-event, high-pressure environments. 
  • Strong understanding of soccer terminology and match flow. 
  • Availability for all home matches, including weekends and evenings. 
  • Ability to follow production cues, and timing. 
  • Ability to maintain positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing environments

Compensation:
  • $300-$500 per match day
