Job Summary:
Sporting Jax is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Game-Day Merchandise Sales Team as a Merchandise Sales Associate. This role is critical in providing a high-quality customer service experience for all guests at Sporting Jax events held at Hodges Stadium.

●        Sell Official Team Merchandise at one of three locations in Hodges Stadium

●        Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

●        Maintain inventory organization as well as maintaining product density on sales floor

●        Must be able to communicate clearly, persuasively, and positively in a fast-paced environment and remain professional with all guests of Sporting Jax and Hodges Stadium.

●        High School Diploma or equivalent.

●        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

●        Proven organization skills and attention to detail.

●        Basic computer skills.

●        Strong customer service skills are preferred.

●        Must possess a willingness to learn.

●        Be friendly and charismatic, we’re in sports and we want to enjoy what we do!

*Please note:  This is a part-time, event-day-only, with required attendance for each scheduled event.

Location: Hodges Stadium.
Full Training will be provided.
