Here's a summary of responsibilities:
The Ticketing and Hospitality Manager will lead the strategy, approach and execution of cross-organizational ticketing and hospitality plans for Team USA across the Olympic, Paralympic, Pan American and Parapan American Games. This role will also lead the development of ticketing strategies and execution plans for bespoke fan, athlete and stakeholder experiences created by the Branded Experiences team, inclusive but not limited to fan festivals, Team USA House, Hall of Fame and Trials. This role reports to the Senior Director, Revenue and Operations.
Here's how you'll have an impact:
Ticketing
Lead the planning and execution of event ticketing strategies for all USOPC divisions and NGBs in the lead-up, during, and post multi-sport events such as the Olympic, Paralympic, Pan American, and Parapan American Games.
Create a comprehensive cross-organizational ticketing strategy by serving as a consultative partner to USOPC divisions (i.e. Games Operations, Government Relations, Development, and Sport Performance) and NGBs, to educate on event ticket ordering processes and usage, communicate rules, provide training, and maintain accurate tracking for ticket requests and purchases.
Serve as primary point of contact to manage relationships with the Local Organizing Committee, International Olympic Committee/International Paralympic Committee, On Location hospitality partner, and LA28 as it relates to event tickets.
Lead all technology integration and customer servicing initiatives to facilitate seamless and frictionless ticketing processes across distribution, usage, sales and fulfillment.
Lead relationship with Games ticket management system/vendor and ensure ongoing communication and collaboration to help manage ticket inventory usage and availability in an effective and efficient manner, including the management and distribution of nominative digital tickets.
Create functional area presentations and Games-time documents, including user guides for all stakeholders on how to utilize the Local Organizing Committee's (LOC) platform for ticket management and distribution.
Lead informational webinars as needed.
Update and distribute Games planning documents in an accurate and timely manner.
Lead the on-the-ground Games-time fulfillment team by establishing execution and on-site management plans for event ticket distribution.
Identify on-the-ground ticket staffing needs and establish a full-service team to proactively troubleshoot and handle real time issues for Team USA stakeholders.
Hospitality
Lead the development of a comprehensive strategy, approach and process for cross-organizational hospitality and ticket management for the Olympic and Paralympic Games inclusive of in-venue and out of venue events, cross-organizational hosting needs, senior leadership programs and NGB hospitality.
Lead the ideation and development of new hospitality programming and events across the experiences portfolio to drive new revenue streams and stakeholder engagement outside of the Games time window.
Lead agency relationships and scope negotiation to facilitate the end-to-end planning process of hospitality programs, from briefing, ideation, sell-in and execution
Execute programming with a passion and commitment to innovation, white-glove execution and customer service
Manage complex budgets and production schedules to deliver programs in an cost-effective and efficient manner
Develop financial models and sales strategies to hit experiential revenue targets
Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective:
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years in sports event management, ticketing and hospitality
Experience leading large agency teams for program execution
Experience developing and executing corporate hospitality programming
Experience leading complex budgets and P&L's
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong logistical skills

Hiring pay range $77,000 - $87,000 per year. This Full-Time, Exempt position is intended to work 40 hours per week. Bonus: This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program, which has a 15% target. The USOPC may change or eliminate this program at any time at its sole discretion.
