Position Summary
This role serves two key functions within the PWHL Ticketing team. The Manager, Ticket Sales & Service is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve attendance and revenue goals, while leading the coaching and development of in-market Account Managers with a strong focus on customer service, retention, and long-term member relationships. The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 USD annually.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop in-market Account Managers through onboarding, training, and ongoing performance coaching
- Develop and support the execution of sales and retention strategies to achieve all established market, league events, and overall sales targets
- Drive a proactive sales and service culture with a strong emphasis on season ticket member retention, relationship building, and fan satisfaction
- Assist in developing sales campaigns, service initiatives, and outreach plans to generate new business and strengthen member engagement
- Support outbound sales efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, e-marketing campaigns, and database management
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and one-on-one meetings to develop sales and service skills
- Create and maintain sales and service resources, including scripts, templates, talking points, sales collateral, and best practices
- Promote a culture of innovation where new programs and offerings are created, existing programs are enhanced, and new ideas are constantly explored
- Foster collaboration by sharing successful sales and service practices across markets and contributing to league-wide initiatives
- Support representatives during appointments, presentations, arena tours, and key customer meetings as needed
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing timely feedback and reporting on sales, service, and retention results
- Maintain well-organized inventories of sales tools/programs, game day assets/Fan Experience Packages, and hospitality areas to ensure optimal sell-through and maximize revenue
- Support the development, usage, and accuracy of customer/prospect records in the company database (Salesforce)
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of sales experience identifying, cultivating, and soliciting customers with a proven record of consistently achieving sales goals and targets
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, sports management, or a similar field
- Experience working with ticketing software (Ticketmaster/Archtics) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Proven experience managing external vendor relationships and partners
- Demonstrated experience developing and leading group training sessions
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel (inclusive of United States and Canada) as required
- This position may be based in either the United States or Canada. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in their country of residence on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory or management capacity
- Passion for women's hockey or women's sports
- Experience uncovering global sales program opportunities, negotiating terms, and operational execution

Flexibility & Travel
