We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Brand reporting to the Director, Brand & Community to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Manager, Brand will support the Director, Brand & Community in building and executing the Toronto Tempo brand across all touchpoints. This role is responsible for delivering integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and managing the day-to-day execution of both the Toronto Tempo and Tempo Impact platforms. The Manager, Brand will act as a central connector across content, community, partnerships, and marketing to bring the brand to life in meaningful and culturally relevant ways. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and experienced in translating brand strategy into impactful execution across campaigns, platforms, and community initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Brand Execution & Campaign Management
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, fandom, and community connection across Tempo, Tempo LIVE, and Tempo Impact brand platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand application across all channels, including content, partnerships, community programming, and in-market activations.
- Act as a key liaison across internal teams (content, social, community, revenue) and external partners to deliver cohesive brand storytelling.
- Support campaign planning, timelines, and execution from brief through launch and recap.
- Serve as a key point of contact for partners and agencies on brand-related initiatives.
Tempo Impact & Community Brand Stewardship
- Support the development and execution of Tempo Impact as the team’s community and social impact platform.
- Partner with community and marketing teams to ensure Tempo Impact programming is authentically represented and integrated into the broader brand ecosystem.
- Help shape storytelling and amplification of community initiatives across channels.
- Ensure alignment between grassroots programming, partnerships, and overall brand positioning.
Experiential & Activation Support
- Support the execution of key brand moments, including game presentation, partner activations, and community touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to bring the brand to life in-venue and in-market.
- Manage select project timelines, vendors, and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution.
Reporting & Insights
- Develop campaign and initiative recaps with key insights and recommendations.
- Track brand performance metrics, engagement, and impact across campaigns and community initiatives.
- Support broader brand measurement efforts, including surveys and reporting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing and/or Experiential Events.
- Ability to travel within Canada for branded events as needed.
- Ability to work independently with a deadline and proactively ask questions or pursue solutions independently when needed.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills; can clearly communicate within a cross-functional work environment.
- Highly organized self-starter with meticulous attention to detail, methodical in approach to projects and problems, resourceful, and works well in a face-paced creative and marketing environment.

The salary range for the Manager, Brand role is between $85,000 - $100,000 CAD.
