Posted Position: Junior Varsity Softball Coach
THE LISTED POSITION IS HEREBY POSTED AS BEING AVAILABLE TO THOSE SEEKING EMPLOYMENT FOR THE 2025-26 SCHOOL YEAR.

Posting Period: October 2 – October 15 (or until filled)
The desired candidate must possess the following attributes:
● Able to effectively take direction from the Head Coach and Athletic Director
● Provide direction to student-athletes
● Work as a member of a team
● Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
● Ability to handle complex and stressful issues or situations with sound judgment, common sense, and a calm demeanor.
● Impeccable character, and compassion for students, families, and district staff
● Willingness to use the BSHS Strength and Conditioning program Eligible candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Required qualification:
● Friendly/courteous with ability to work well with students, parents, and teachers
● Ability to teach softball fundamentals while holding student athletes to a high standard
● Create a fun and encouraging environment
● Flexible schedule Preferred qualification:
● Experience working with high school aged students
● Willingness to get an MHSAA CAP Certification
