Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) is seeking a passionate and driven Head Women’s Volleyball Coach to lead and grow a competitive NCAA program grounded in tradition, teamwork, and student-athlete success.

Position Summary
The Head Women’s Volleyball Coach is responsible for the overall development and success of the women’s volleyball program. This includes planning, organizing, and directing all team activities while fostering a positive, competitive, and student-centered environment.
The coach will instruct student-athletes in the skills and strategies necessary for success in collegiate volleyball competition, while also supporting their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of the women’s volleyball program
*Develop and implement effective training and competition strategies
*Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes aligned with LMU’s mission
*Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
*Monitor academic progress and support student-athlete success
*Ensure compliance with NCAA and conference rules and regulations
*Manage program operations, scheduling, and team logistics
Required Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree
*Experience coaching at the NCAA Division I, II, or III level
Preferred Qualifications
*Master’s degree or higher
*Successful background as a volleyball player and/or coach at the NCAA level
*Thorough knowledge of the sport of volleyball
*Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
*Knowledge of NCAA and conference rules and regulations
*CPR certification
