Reports to: Strategic Director of Football
Location: London with European travel as required
Direct reports: Club Sporting Directors
Key Colleague: Director of Independent Development Programs, Director of Player Health and Wellness
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus benefits including coaching education support, sportswear/equipment provision, and professional development funding.
Hours: Full-time; includes evenings and weekends to accommodate training schedules, matches, and tournaments. Schedule flexibility is essential.
DBS / Background Check: Required prior to start date.

Role Overview
The Assistant Director of Global Football is to play a pivotal role in the execution of Crux’s global football strategy and sporting ambitions. This person will work very closely with our Strategic Director of Football and will be positioned to grow into that role themselves over time. The responsibilities include developing global strategies and goals as well as managing execution and performance at the club levels.
This role will also work alongside the Director of Independent Development Programs and the Director of Player Health and Wellness who are overseeing more player-focused development and performance matters.
This role requires a people-focused and data-oriented sporting executive who can work in fast paced environments across multiple club and local cultures.
