Assistant Director of Global Football

The Assistant Director of Global Football is to play a pivotal role in the execution of Crux's global football strategy and sporting ambitions. This person will work very closely with our Strategic Director of Football and will be positioned to grow into that role themselves over time. The responsibilities include developing global strategies and goals as well as managing execution and performance at the club levels. This role will also work alongside the Director of Independent Development Programs and the Director of Player Health and Wellness who are overseeing more player-focused development and performance matters. Key responsibilities include: driving forward the overall Crux Football sporting strategy across the network, supporting articulation of game models and style of play philosophy, building clear sporting objectives and target development plans, developing tactical roadmaps and budgets, creating Crux-wide coaching and player education assets, owning strategic recruitment relationships, overseeing senior football hires at each club, monitoring style of play implementation, ensuring proper use of data for performance analysis, establishing KPIs for each club, and supporting the implementation of the Crux Catalyst tech platform.
