Cornell University invites applications for the full-time position of Assistant Coach for Women's Swimming. This position will assist the head coach in the planning and operation of the program. You will also assist with practice and competitions as assigned; evaluate performances, recruit extensively, and make recommendations to the head coach regarding all phases of the program. The Assistant Coach will identify, encourage and evaluate application and acceptance of student-athletes at Cornell in accordance with the Ivy League, NCAA and University policies as assigned by the head coach.

Bachelor's degree required with up to 2 yearsβ experience or equivalent combination.

Previous coaching or competing experience at the collegiate level.
Must be highly motivated with an outstanding work ethic and be an aggressive, innovative recruiter. Previous student-athlete recruiting experience preferred.
Must have the ability to work within a collaborative and efficient office environment.
Credentials should reflect proven success or potential in coaching, recruiting and in working with student athletes.
Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing.
Ability to advocate for individuals from a broad range of backgrounds.
Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community members.
