Bachelor’s Degree required.

Knowledge of  NCAA  rules and regulations.

Extensive knowledge of rowing.

Understanding of the University’s mission and its philosophy regarding student-athletes.

2+ years of experience working in a college women’s rowing program, preferably at Division I level, in a coaching or manager role.

Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to pay close attention to details, interact effectively and appropriately with student-athletes, and evaluate prospects.

Proficiency with personal computer applications.

This position falls within salaried grade 12 and the range for this position is $47,500-$55,000. The final salary will be determined with consideration of several factors including the selected candidate’s qualifications, department budget availability, market data, and internal equity.
