Greenville, Tennessee, Tusculum University has teamed up with Bechler Leadership to actively recruit a head women’s basketball coach to implement and manage all phases of a competitive Division-II program in accordance with NCAA, Conference, and Tusculum University regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES:  Key responsibilities for this role include practice organization, recruiting, budgeting, fundraising, alumni relations, community engagement, scheduling, promoting, training and conditioning, skill instruction, student-athlete and staff development, academic support, compliance, and game plan preparation and strategy. Additional duties may be assigned by the Athletic Director.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.

3-5 years of successful collegiate coaching experience is preferred.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
