USC  Sumter seeks a dedicated and energetic individual to serve as Head Coach of Track & Field and Cross Country. This position works under the supervision of the Director of Athletics and is responsible for the daily implementation of training sessions, athlete management, and program operations for both men’s and women’s teams. The Head Coach plays a central role in ensuring competitive success and athlete development within the  NJCAA  Division I framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required. Track & Field coaching or playing experience.

Strong understanding of training principles, safety standards and athletic development. Ability to work collaboratively with administrative leadership and familiarity with  NJCAA  rules and compliance standards.
