Qualifications:
Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and player development
Responsibilities include:
Planning and conducting practices
Developing game strategies and mentoring players
Promoting a positive and inclusive athletic environment
Ensuring compliance with PIAA and district policies
