Soccer Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to administrate NWSL club Racing Louisville FC’s growing portfolio of accounts.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, fast-acting, and lives on the cutting edge of online trends. This hire will be responsible for fostering an engaged fan base, achieving business growth, and building a brand voice and content representative of Racing’s players.
This role requires regular travel. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during home games, away matches, and special events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Racing’s communications and marketing objectives.
- Manage and create engaging content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create and implement a social schedule that engages current fans and builds new ones.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using insights to optimize strategy and engagement.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the club at the forefront of digital engagement.
- Engage with fans, providing service and response to comments and messages to promote a positive online community around the teams.
- Oversee live coverage of games and team events, including real-time updates.
- Collaborate with players, coaches, and other team personnel on content creation.
- Manage sponsorship activations on social and select influencer collaborations.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the sports or entertainment industries.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and reporting tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to multitask and work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to staff games and travel to away games.
- Passion for soccer and a deep understanding of the sport’s culture and audience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical thinker and creative problem solver.
