Job Overview

As a member of Unrivaled’s Retail Operations team, the Retail & Fan Experience Associate plays an essential role in creating a memorable shopping experience for fans. This position supports all aspects of retail operations including sales, fan engagement, merchandising, and game-day execution. Associates will embody the Unrivaled brand, deliver exceptional customer service and enthusiasm while supporting the league’s commitment to excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet fans and create a welcoming, energetic, and professional atmosphere.
• Engage with fans to understand their needs and make product recommendations.
• Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to brand and visual standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Unrivaled Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Support merchandise setup and breakdown for games, pop-ups, and special events.
• Restock and organize inventory throughout the day to ensure product availability.
• Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and aligned with Unrivaled brand guidelines.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Unrivaled brand and league are positively represented.
• Understand and embody Unrivaled’s values and fan-first approach.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Retail Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail, customer service, or event experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be available to work all Unrivaled home games and assigned events, including nights and weekends.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Fun, outgoing, and confident demeanor with a passion for fan engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly build product knowledge and assist fans with confidence.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.
• Able to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to change.
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and work long shifts, including evenings and weekends.

What we offer

• Hourly Rate: $20/hour.
• Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per week (nights, weekends, and event days required).
