The Professional Women’s Hockey League (“PWHL”) is seeking enthusiastic, passionate and detail-oriented individuals for the Promotions Crew for the PWHL Seattle team. This position reports to the Game Presentation & Fan Experience Manager and will be responsible for executing game night duties, promotional activations and amplifying the fan experience.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the execution of in-game entertainment, in-arena promotions, concourse activations and on-ice promotional elements
- Interact with fans to enhance crowd excitement and overall experience
- Start fan chants, contributing to arena entertainment and enthusiasm
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the PWHL Seattle team’s schedule
- Must be able to work 10-13 homes games per the PWHL Seattle team’s schedule
- Must be a team player with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and exemplify outstanding time management and communication skills with a professional attitude
- Must have knowledge of and a passion for ice hockey and the PWHL
- Must have experience working live events
SKILLS, ABILITIES & OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
- Ability to work on-site
