Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Player Agent to identify, recruit, and represent talented female footballers. You will play a key role in managing player careers, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with clubs, coaches, and key stakeholders within the football ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit talented female footballers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clubs, coaches, and sporting directors
• Negotiate player contracts, transfers, and endorsement deals
• Provide career guidance and long-term planning for clients
• Attend matches, tournaments, and scouting events
• Stay up to date with regulations (FIFA/DFB) and market trends

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the women’s football landscape
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
• FIFA Football Agent License (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Fluency in English
