The 3-time WNBA Champion Los Angeles Sparks are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Partnership Solutions Specialist to support the Partnerships team across the full partnership sales and fulfillment lifecycle. This role plays a critical support function in sales operations, internal coordination, and partner deliveryβ€”working cross-functionally to ensure accurate execution, strong partner experience, and revenue support outcomes. This full-time, exempt role reports to the VP of Partnerships.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Partnership Support
  • Support the Partnerships sales team with day-to-day sales operations, including prospect research, lead tracking, proposal development, and pitch preparation
  • Assist in building and maintaining sales materials such as presentations, one-sheets, custom proposals, and recap decks
  • Maintain and update internal sales trackers, asset trackers, and proof-of-performance documentation
  • Assist with contract support, internal approvals, and documentation organization
  • Participate in partner and prospect calls to support note-taking, follow-ups, and next-step coordination
  • Support renewal and upsell efforts by tracking partner deliverables and performance throughout the season

Client & Partner Coordination
  • Serve as a point of coordination between the Partnerships team and internal departments including Marketing, Community Relations, Game Presentation, and Operations
  • Help ensure partner assets and contractual deliverables are executed accurately and on time
  • Assist with partner communications, scheduling, and logistics as needed
  • Positively represent the Sparks at partner meetings, events, and community activations

Event & Asset Management
  • Support execution of partner activations, hospitality, and game-day experiences
  • Coordinate premium and promotional inventory, including gifting, orders, shipments, and on-site distribution
  • Capture and organize proof of performance (photos, screenshots, confirmations) for partner recaps

Research & Reporting
  • Conduct research on prospective partners, industries, and market trends
  • Stay current on trends in sports, marketing, sponsorships, and women’s sports
  • Assist with internal reporting related to sales pipeline activity, partnership fulfillment, and seasonal performance

Additional Duties
  • Provide administrative and project support as needed to the Partnerships team
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Professional, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales support, partnerships, marketing, events, or client services (internship experience acceptable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; experience with Photoshop, InDesign, or design tools a plus
PREFERRED:
  • Experience in a professional sports or entertainment environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Customer service, sales, CRM, sponsorship or partnership support experience a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and game days as required for Sparks home games and events
Compensation commensurate with experience; minimum starting salary $70,000
