We’re looking for a high-energy, sales-driven professional to lead new business development for Racing Louisville FC, Louisville City FC, and Lynn Family Stadium. As Partnership Development Manager, you’ll own the sales cycle by prospecting, pitching, and closing strategic partnerships that fuel our mission and grow our brand. You’ll be on the front lines, building meaningful relationships with local, regional, and national companies that want to align with a rapidly growing sports organization.
This is a base salary + commission role with annual revenue targets. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to consistently meet or exceed business development goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate revenue through new and renewed corporate partnerships via in-person meetings, phone outreach, and game-day engagement.
- Identify and package innovative sponsorship assets across stadium signage, broadcast media, community programs, and digital platforms (social media, website, app, newsletters).
- Build and deliver compelling sales presentations that align with each prospective partner’s brand, marketing goals, and business objectives.
- Represent the Club at networking events and in the community to foster relationships and expand the client pipeline.
- Collaborate with activation and fulfillment teams to ensure high-quality execution of all partnership deliverables.
- Create seasonal touch-point campaigns to ensure partner satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking, inventory management, and reporting in CRM.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, including management and ownership, on sales progress and market trends.
- Support matchday and event operations, including on-site sponsor activations as needed.
- Assist with departmental administrative responsibilities and special projects.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of sales, business development, or partnership experience; background in sports/entertainment preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required — candidates with equivalent experience will be fully considered
- Strong understanding of sponsorship and advertising inventory across traditional and digital channels.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets.
- High level of professionalism, motivation, and self-direction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive pre-employment background check.

SCHEDULE:
Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays during Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC home games and special events.
