Operations/Technical Coordinator - Women's Volleyball

PISCATAWAY, New Jersey, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Operations/Technical Coordinator – Women’s Volleyball.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

Provides technical and operational support for the Women’s Volleyball program.

Works under the supervision of the Head Coach.

Coordinates and organizes video and program operations on a daily basis.

Demonstrated technical experience using digital media equipment, video creation, editing software, and/or digital media control software.

Knowledge in production techniques including videography, compression and file delivery.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Ability to communicate clearly with student athletes, coaches and administrative staff .

Ability to perform above duties with the highest standard of professionalism and ethical behavior and in accordance with University, Departmental, Big Ten or other affiliated Conference and NCAA regulations, policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Certifications/Licenses

A valid driver’s license would be required for this position.
