Nature of Work:
The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and delivering high-
impact video content, engaging animations, and dynamic visual effects. This content will be deployed
across a diverse range of media channels, including social media platforms, broadcast television, in-
stadium displays, and our official website. This pivotal role is perfect for a highly-skilled and creative
individual who not only thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment but also possesses a
profound passion for sports culture. A deep appreciation for compelling branding and a knack for
creative storytelling through visual media are also essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at
transforming abstract ideas into visually stunning and emotionally resonant experiences that captivate
our audience and elevate our brand presence. They will be expected to contribute actively to
brainstorming sessions, develop innovative visual concepts, and execute projects from initial storyboard
to final delivery with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and produce motion graphics and animated content for social media, digital ads, in-
stadium displays, matchday content, and video features.
● Work closely with the marketing and media teams to create visual narratives that enhance the
club’s voice and fan engagement.
● Animate logos, player features, lower thirds, transitions, sponsor integrations, and short-form
branded content.
● Edit and composite video clips with graphics and audio to produce polished final products.
● Create templates and repeatable assets for use throughout the season.
● Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions for content and campaigns.
● Contribute to real-time content production on matchdays and during major events.

Qualifications
● 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing (sports or
entertainment preferred).
● Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop. (Illustrator, Cinema 4D,
or Blender are a plus.)
● Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Film, or related field,
preferred.
● Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
● Strong visual storytelling skills with a sharp eye for timing, layout, and pacing.
● Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video and animation.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
● Experience in sports media, live content production, or broadcast graphics.
● Photography or cinematography skills.
● Interest or background in soccer or fan culture.
● Experience with motion templates and asset libraries.
Compensation:
● Base hourly range is $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
● Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
