Interact with followers and engage with current and prospective fans

  • The WER is dedicated to growing women’s rugby in the United States. This goal includes both recognizing the dedication and love that current fans have put into the sport, and also bringing new fans to the WER and rugby at large.

Produce weekly content

  • As an intern, you will be expected to create weekly content for our various platforms. We are always looking for new ways to engage fans and grow the WER, so creativity and new ideas are encouraged. Content will be expected to adhere to the expressed brand of the WER, and interns will be given the space to demonstrate their creativity and explore content creation throughout their tenure.

Brainstorm content/campaign ideas.

  • Interns are considered a vital part of the WER Marketing Team. They will be expected to generate and share content ideas with the marketing team that adheres to the goals of connecting with followers, uplifting teams/players, and amplifying the WER in the broader world of sports.
