Job Overview

We're looking for a League Data Analyst who will own all reporting needs for Unrivaled's marketing and content initiatives. If you're someone who loves turning data into actionable insights, tracking what moves the needle across multiple channels, and keeping teams informed with clear metrics — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and organize weekly performance metrics and recaps across all Unrivaled channels (viewership, social, tickets, merchandise, etc.).
  • Track and organize daily and weekly performance metrics across all Unrivaled social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, etc.).
  • Track and organize performance metrics and recaps for Unrivaled campaigns and league tentpoles (opening weekend, 1 on 1, tour stops, playoffs, etc.).
  • Fan data and analysis — organize and report on consumer insights across social, tickets, and audience.
  • Support branded content and partnership tracking to make sure we're delivering and overdelivering.
  • Create internal dashboards and scorecards that keep the full team in the loop.
  • Stay sharp on the latest platform updates, content trends, and sports media shifts.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, marketing, data analysis, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of platform-native analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, X Analytics, etc.) and broader marketing metrics.
  • Proficient working in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) — bonus if you've touched tools like Looker Studio, DashThis, Sprout, or Tableau.
  • A critical thinker who can interpret data across multiple channels and translate it into actionable takeaways.
  • Experience in tracking viewership, ticketing, merchandise, and fan engagement data.
  • Obsessed with basketball, storytelling, and data-driven decision making.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive — you're not afraid to raise your hand or dig deeper.
