Norfolk, Virginia, Old Dominion University, NCAA Division I institution, and member of the Sun Belt Conference, is accepting applications for the position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach.

The Head Coach is responsible for managing the women’s soccer program and overseeing all aspects of an NCAA Division I program including coaching, supervising assistant coaches, managing budgets, providing direction for the recruitment of qualified student-athletes, and promoting the University and program by maintaining a high profile with the constituencies important to fundraising and public relations.

Required qualifications: Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with experience equivalent to an advanced degree.  Comprehensive experience in the following areas: demonstrated coaching and player development, directing the recruiting process within the framework of the NCAA rules, managing scholarship and operations budget, and supervising staff.  Effective organizational, communication, and independent decision-making skills are essential.  Coaching experience at the NCAA Division I level is required.
