Job Duties:

The University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh invites applications for the position of Head Women's Basketball Coach to lead the women's basketball program within a comprehensive NCAA Division III athletics environment. This position is responsible for all aspects of program development, competitive success, student-athlete experience, and integration within the broader mission of the university and the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC).

The Head Coach will establish a sustainable, student-centered program aligned with institutional values, NCAA regulations, and Title IX compliance while building meaningful connections with alumni, campus partners, and the regional men's basketball community.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 2–5 years of collegiate coaching experience.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a collegiate basketball program.

Proven evidence of success in recruiting, player development, and team culture building.

Demonstrated strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a collaborative leadership style.

Demonstrated commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy and student-athlete academic success

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Head coaching experience at the collegiate level.

Master’s degree from an accredited institution.

Proven record of program development and sustained competitive success.

Demonstrated experience engaging alumni and building community partnerships.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a university and athletics department environment.
