Head Women's Basketball Coach

Indiana, This position directs the development, organization and management of all phases of the women’s basketball program. Recruiting, retaining, and graduating qualified student-athletes, as well as applying effective coaching, mentoring techniques, and player development strategies that result in successful competition are the primary purpose of this position.

REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience o Collegiate level coaching experience with a demonstrated understanding of NCAA DII Rules with a preference for head coaching experience o Demonstration of successful collegiate recruiting experience  

Education  – Bachelor’s Degree required / Master’s Degree preferred
