Youth Soccer Head Coach needed in Hawaii

Honolulu, Hawaii, Inter Ohana CF is a youth soccer club based in Honolulu, Hawaii , dedicated to player development, teamwork, and fostering a love for the game. Our program serves competitive boys’ and girls’ teams and emphasizes both technical skill and sportsmanship.

We are seeking a passionate and committed soccer coach to work with two teams,  one boys’ team and one girls’ team,  on a part-time basis. This role averages 20 hours per week , including:

2 hours of practice per day (weekdays)

Weekend games and tournaments

Team and player development planning

There is also the potential to advance into a Director of Coaching (DOC) position for the right candidate.

We value coaches who bring energy, structure, and a player-first mindset, and who can inspire athletes to grow both on and off the field. - Relevant degree and/or experience working in the US Soccer Industry

- Minimum of any of these 3 licenses: 

Introduction to Grassroots Coaching  

Grassroots Licenses  

D License  

- Experience in youth, college, and professional soccer levels in the US and/or abroad

- Fluent in English.  Spanish is a plus!  

-   Work well under pressure with deadlines and goals

- Experience in coaching soccer, preferably with youth teams

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work with both boys' and girls' teams

- Knowledge of training methodologies and game strategies

- Availability to work 20 hours per week We are looking for a DOC as well if candidate fits.
