Head Coach - Girls Volleyball

Santa Fe Christian Schools is seeking a Head Coach for our Girls Volleyball team.

As a committed follower of Jesus Christ, the Coach will provide excellent leadership and support of the program, including intentional development of the athletes’ faith in Jesus Christ and excellence in Christian character, while instilling great work habits and teaching, stressing, and monitoring the primacy of Academics. 

The Head Coach of Girls Lacrosse is responsible for strategically developing and managing our Volleyball program. Serving as a Christian role model through the pattern of their personal and professional life, the candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the Bible, a passion for sharing the Gospel, and a commitment to discipling students to a life of faith in Jesus Christ as they pursue excellence in their athletic endeavors.

 Responsibilities : 

• Develop and implement practice schedules and game strategies to enhance team performance
• Conduct regular training sessions focusing on skill development, physical conditioning, and teamwork
• Monitor and evaluate player performance, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration regarding team progress and expectations
• Organize and oversee team events, including games, tournaments, and community outreach activities 

Requirements :  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• Previous outstanding experience in coaching Girls' Volleyball at the High School level or higher
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
