Emmanuel University is accepting applications for the position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach. Under the oversight and direction of the Athletic Director, the Head Women’s Soccer coach will be responsible for the all aspects of coaching, recruitment, retention, and academic success of student-athletes. In addition to coaching, this position maintains control and oversight of budgets and scheduling of athletic games. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution, with a master’s preferred, and at least three years of successful coaching at the collegiate level.  NCAA experience preferred.

The candidate must be able to work, communicate and develop a rapport with students, parents, alumni, faculty, departmental staff, administration, and the general public.

The candidate must have collegiate Soccer coaching experience, experience recruiting and retaining student-athletes, knowledge of informational technology, social media, stat keeping, and game day management.

The candidate must be self-motivated and should articulate the mission of the institution, organize and motivate people to become engaged in the athletic events/promotions.

The candidate must assess be able to a project, assemble a strategic plan to complete the project and execute in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will meet the minimum requirements stated above as well as have a personal faith and commitment to Jesus Christ is considered essential. The views and values of the candidate must align with the University’s published mission statement, core values, statement of faith, lifestyle expectations, and civic values.
