Overview:
TOGETHXR is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support our design team in creating graphics across content, social, brand partnerships, consumer products, podcasts, and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer who is passionate about women's sports, culture, and storytelling. You'll work closely with designers, producers, social media managers, and partnership teams to create compelling visual content that engages audiences across platforms. You'll also participate in creative brainstorming sessions tied to tentpole sporting events, pop culture moments, and TOGETHXR's editorial calendar.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and produce graphics for digital channels, including social media, marketing campaigns, website content, email marketing, and presentations
- Support brand consistency across all visual assets to ensure all creative work aligns with TOGETHXR brand standards and visual guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, weekly meetings, and contribute creative ideas informed by sports, culture, and social trends
- Help prepare and package design files for multiple formats and platforms
- Assist with organizing, updating, and maintaining the creative asset library
- Assist with resizing, updating, versioning, and adapting existing creative materials
- Support creative needs during major sporting events, launches, and tentpole moments
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Receptive to feedback and eager to learn and grow as a designer
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Passion for women's sports, culture, equity, and storytelling is strongly preferred
- Availability to support occasional tentpole sporting events and high-volume content periods
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work required
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Energized by the people around you; a team player who is approachable, friendly, and easy to work with
- Passion for women's issues, equity, and sports a plus
- Potential to be available during tentpole sporting events
- Must be available to work 20 hours per week starting in June-December 2026.
