    JOB GOAL:
    To develop and maintain an efficient and competitive athletic program. We believe in competitive opportunities, strength and conditioning and camp opportunities. Queen Creek is a 6A athletic sports program that has Varsity, JV and Freshman levels. Freshman Coach is expected to develop athletes to prepare to compete at the JV and Varsity level. 

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. NFHS Concussion Course
    2. NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching
    3. NFHS Bullying, Hazing & Inappropriate Behaviors Course
    4. Coaches must have NFHS Sport-Specific Course and First Aid Course
    5. 1+ years of coaching experience preferred
    6. Must pass a background clearance.
    7. Must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and examine new theories and procedures pertinent to the field.


    TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Girls Volleyball 2:30 p.m.-4 p.m.
    COMPENSATION:  Per QCUSD salary schedule for applicable position
    REPORTS TO:  Athletic Director & Head Varsity Coach
      


    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

    1. Fundraising
    2. Run camps and clinics
    3. Compliance of all AIA Bylaws
