The ECNL Girls Director leads Jacksonville FC’s Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) program, guiding our top female players and teams through one of the nation’s premier youth development platforms. This role is responsible for the overall success, culture, and growth of the JFC ECNL Girls program, ensuring alignment with the club’s long-term player development model and the ECNL’s core values of  Respect, Commitment, and Excellence .

The ECNL Girls Director is a visible leader who mentors coaches, supports players and families, and drives a professional, player-centered environment that prepares athletes for the highest levels of collegiate and national competition.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Provide strategic direction and daily oversight of the ECNL Girls program, ensuring consistency with JFC’s technical vision and player development philosophy.

Culture & Communication: Promote the JFC culture of excellence, integrity, and collaboration. Maintain clear communication with players, families, and staff regarding program goals, expectations, and opportunities.

Player Development: Implement a holistic player pathway emphasizing technical mastery, tactical intelligence, physical preparation, and character development. Ensure alignment between ECNL and pre-ECNL age groups to create a seamless progression through the club.

Coaching Leadership: Recruit, develop, and mentor ECNL Girls coaching staff. Conduct regular coaching meetings and field evaluations to maintain JFC’s coaching standards and unified playing style.

Talent Identification and Selection: Oversee player evaluations, team selection, and movement within the JFC player pool to ensure each player competes in the most appropriate developmental environment.

College Recruitment: Serve as the lead resource for players pursuing college opportunities. Coordinate recruitment seminars, showcase planning, and individual guidance, while maintaining strong relationships with collegiate programs nationwide.

League & Event Management: Manage ECNL communications, scheduling, and compliance. Lead event planning for ECNL National Showcases, Florida Conference play, and postseason competitions.

Preferred Qualifications

USSF “A” or “B” License (or equivalent UEFA license)

Proven success leading or coaching in ECNL, GA, or national-level girls programs

Demonstrated experience in college recruitment and player advancement

Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Ability to foster a positive, growth-oriented environment for players and coaches
