Professional Sports, Soccer, Agency

πŸ‘‹ Hello, we're Name & Number.

We are a soccer-specific marketing and creative agency built to help teams, brands, leagues, federations, and media properties connect to American soccer fans and American soccer culture.

If you follow the game like we do, you know that women's soccer is on an incredible trajectory.

The growth is undeniable. NWSL expansion teams are breaking attendance records before they even kick a ball. The USWNT continues to captivate millions. International stars are becoming household names. Brands are finally waking up to the power and passion of women's soccer fans.

But here's the thing: Women’s soccer has its own culture, its own icons, its own energy. The fans are different. The conversation is different. The opportunities are different.

And we need someone who understands that - deeply.

We're looking for a Creative Strategist, Women's Soccer who lives and breathes the women's game. Someone who can tell us about the latest NWSL trade rumors, debate USWNT roster selections, reference a viral moment from the WSL, and explain why a certain player's goal celebration is resonating across social media.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and culture. You'll be our in-house expert on all things women's soccer, helping brands navigate this rapidly-evolving landscape with breakthrough ideas, culturally-informed campaigns, and authentic storytelling that actually connects with fans.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS (AND WHY NOW)

The next few years will be transformative for women's soccer in America:

  • 2026: NWSL’s Boston Legacy and Denver Summit FC begin play
  • 2027: FIFA Women's World Cup in Brazil πŸ‡§πŸ‡·
  • 2028: Summer Olympics in LA + NWSL Atlanta begins play
  • 2031: FIFA Women's World Cup in the U.S., Mexico, Costa Rica, and Jamaica (all but confirmed)

Add to that the continued growth of the NWSL, the USL Super League making moves, increased investment in women's soccer at all levels, and a generation of fans who are hungry for authentic representation - and you've got a landscape full of opportunity.

We're already working with incredible clients in the women's game, and we're only getting started. Our client roster includes:

  • Chicago Stars FC
  • Gotham FC
  • North Carolina Courage
  • Orlando Pride
  • San Diego Wave FC
  • Seattle Reign FC
  • USL's Super League

This role will help us further establish our role in the women's game - and become the go-to agency for brands looking to genuinely connect with women's soccer culture.

WHO YOU ARE

You're a soccer nerd (like us!) who can both speak to supporters' culture and explain why a player's pregame fit went viral. You understand culture - not just soccer culture, but how the women's game intersects with music, fashion, food, art, and broader social movements.

You're a creative thinker who generates big ideas and a strategic planner who knows how to execute them. You thrive in production environments, whether that's directing a photo shoot or producing branded content. And you're obsessed with storytelling that feels real, not manufactured.

Most importantly: you genuinely care about growing the women's game and doing right by its fans, players, and culture. If this sounds like you, read on and consider applying.
