CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
SALARY: Up to £35,000 per annum

Bristol City WFC is the only professional women’s football team in the South West of England. The club operates an Emerging Talent Centre for girls aged 10-16, a Category 1 Professional Game Academy and a fully professional first team who are based at the Robins High Performance Centre.

ROLE SUMMARY
Bristol City Women’s Professional Game Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced U21 Coach to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing our young athletes, focusing on their technical, tactical, physical, and psychological growth. As the U21 Coach, you will lead and manage the team during training sessions, matches, and tournaments, fostering a positive and disciplined team culture.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with coaches of lower age groups to ensure a consistent coaching philosophy across the academy. Additionally, you will align with the senior first team’s ways of working, creating a seamless transition for players moving up the ranks. The ideal candidate will hold a UEFA A Licence (or be working towards it) and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
