Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach

Harrogate, Tennessee, Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) in Harrogate, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Women's Volleyball program as an Assistant Coach. This full-time position within the NCAA Division II South Atlantic Conference involves providing essential support in the growth, development, and competitive success of the team. The Assistant Coach will play a key role in planning, organizing, and directing various aspects of the volleyball program, focusing primarily on coaching and skill instruction. Embodying the mission of LMU, the successful candidate will create a positive, student-centered environment that prioritizes academic achievement, competitive excellence, and ethical conduct. The responsibilities include conducting practice sessions, offering skill development instruction to student-athletes, contributing to recruiting efforts, mentoring student-athletes, collaborating with the Head Coach on strategic aspects of the game like scouting and match preparation, ensuring compliance with NCAA regulations, and assisting in team operations and administrative tasks. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Successful background as a volleyball player and/or coach at the NCAA Division I, II, or III level.

Thorough knowledge of volleyball techniques, systems, and competitive strategies.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of NCAA and South Atlantic Conference rules and regulations.

Current CPR certification.
