The Assistant Women's Swimming Coach is responsible for assisting with team instruction; practice monitoring; recruitment of student-athletes; and assigned management and administrative duties associated with the direction of an NCAA Division I swimming and diving program.
The Colorado State University Department of Athletics sponsors 16 men’s and women’s intercollegiate sports and competes as a member of NCAA Division I (FBS). Bachelor's degree
Minimum of one year of intercollegiate coaching experience
Demonstrated proficiency with identifying, developing and implementing training protocol for elite-level athletes
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft apps and social media for the purpose of program management and outreach
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and travel for recruiting and competition
