Assistant Women's Swimming Coach

The Assistant Women's Swimming Coach is responsible for assisting with team instruction; practice monitoring; recruitment of student-athletes; and assigned management and administrative duties associated with the direction of an NCAA Division I swimming and diving program.

The Colorado State University Department of Athletics sponsors 16 men’s and women’s intercollegiate sports and competes as a member of NCAA Division I (FBS). The University is a current member of the Mountain West Conference and future member of the Pac-12 Conference. The University is located in Fort Collins, Colorado, 65 miles north of Denver. Bachelor's degree

Minimum of one year of intercollegiate coaching experience

Demonstrated proficiency with identifying, developing and implementing training protocol for elite-level athletes

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft apps and social media for the purpose of program management and outreach

Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and travel for recruiting and competition
