Manhattan, Kansas, K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach, which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Coach, Train, Evaluate and Mentor goalkeepers within to the K State soccer program, evaluate student-athlete performances in pre-season and in-season practices and competitions.
Provide leadership and instruction in areas of deficiencies and motivate student-athletes to promote an atmosphere of accomplishment and confidence.
Provide for the welfare of team members at all times. Record and maintain student-athlete team statistics, assist with team travel and home competition
duties.
Scout and recruit both domestic and international student-athletes for the program who can succeed athletically and academically. Travel is required both
within the U.S. and internationally.
Collect and analyze tactical and statistical data of opponent teams and assist with designing game plans and strategies.
Represent the women's soccer program, K-State Athletics and Kansas State University in a professional manner at all times, promote positive and
productive working relationships with other staff members, campus offices, booster groups and the community. Attend fundraising functions and other
departmental/sport functions as required.

Bachelor's Degree
One year of collegiate coaching experience at NCAA I or II level
Experience recruiting for a college soccer program
Experience coaching collegiate and/or professional level goalkeepers
Preferred Requirements:
EMaster's Degree
USSF D License (equivalent) or National Goalkeeping License
Two or more years of experience coaching at the NCAA I level
Instructional/coaching experience for goalkeepers
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Knowledge of game analysis and oppositional scouting
