Assistant Women's Rowing Coach

Albany, New York, The University at Albany is looking for a part-time Assistant Women’s Rowing Coach to effectively serve the Department of Athletics and assist the Head Women’s Rowing Coach by performing coaching/administrative roles and responsibilities that will help effectively manage the day-to-day operations of a Division I program. The success of the program will be evaluated overall success (conference championships and NCAA tournament appearances), recruiting, retention and graduating student-athletes and community service. The purpose of this position is to have the necessary knowledge and experience to teach and educate student-athletes on proper fundamentals, techniques and game strategies in rowing. This position has the possibility of becoming full-time beginning in the Fall of 2026.
