Assistant Coach, Womens Volleyball

Romeoville, Illinois, Assist the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach in all aspects of the volleyball program.

Responsibilities:

Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration and active support of the University’s Mission and Catholic and Lasallian higher education.

-Assist Head Women’s Volleyball Coach with recruiting, scouting, and academic monitoring of student athletes.

-Assist Head Coach with the monitoring of the budget operations for the volleyball program.

-Assist Head Coach with public relations aspects in regard to recruiting, etc.

-Assist with conditioning of athletes and summer camp operations.

-Other intercollegiate coaching duties as assigned.

As an individual employed in a coach capacity, you are subject to the regulations of the NCAA and the Great Lakes Valley Conference. If at any time it is determined that you are in violation of such regulations, then by the provision of the NCAA enforcement procedures, you may be subject to corrective disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. ’

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years experience with a men’s or women’s volleyball team. Budgetary experience preferred.
