Cleveland, Ohio, Works with the head coach in all facets of the women’s soccer program to ensure a quality program and successful Division I team. Responsible for player development, scouting, recruiting coordination, community relations, scheduling, academic supervision, and equipment management. Assists with coaching and training operations of the program. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

High school diploma, GED, or state recognized equivalent.

Experience as a competitor and/or coach at the college, club, international level, or equivalent.

Valid driver's license and ability to establish eligibility under CSU's Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferably in sports management or related field.

Experience in practice and game day coaching, recruiting, scheduling, academic support, camps, and clinics. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Knowledge of NCAA and conference rules and legislation and committed to abiding by them.

Strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills and have a "Customer Focus" attitude and delivery.

Possess the ability to effectively plan and coordinate, establish and maintain effective working relationships and prioritize workloads based on available resources.

Possess the ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and tackle emergencies and difficult situations.

Effective written and verbal communication skills and decision-making abilities.

Possess a high degree of confidentiality to available information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
