About the Position:

The Account Executive, Premium Sales and Hospitality primarily focuses on selling VIP Courtside Dining Experiences, Suites, In-game events, Moet Club, and other luxury VIP experiences. Role responsibilities include premium hospitality business revenue and relationships through VIP memberships, premium groups, and single-event premium products. Achieve individual and department sales and service performance goals.

  • Relationship building with a primary focus on B2B, prospecting, outbound and inbound sales outreach, email marketing, and social selling.
  • Sell high-end premium seating inventory, suites, in-game events, and VIP experiences throughout Climate Pledge Arena. 
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and throughout the Storm community to connect the dots successfully between critical initiatives and premium growth.
  • Optimize relationships with current premium prospective clients to sustain long-standing, holistic partnerships. 
  • Network with league Premium executives and other sports & entertainment professionals to discuss growth and improvement strategy opportunities to capitalize on new products and services 
  • Execute and exceed the Premium Sales revenue goals. Premium product offerings include new VIP memberships, suites, in-game events, and VIP experiences. 
  • Manage game-day experiences for VIP and premium products, with a commitment to phenomenal customer service and fan experience. 
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Archtics ticketing system to maintain records of prospects, clients, and inventory. 
  • Develop innovative ideas and recommendations for premium product strategies, campaigns, tactics, and timelines. 
  • Represent the Seattle Storm positively and professionally in a way that is consistent with the Seattle Storm’s mission and core values. 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which includes home games, nights, and weekends
  • All other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental and organizational goals 

Requirements

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in a related field  or equivalent experience   

Related experience: 

Minimum of 1-2+ years of sales experience  

Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations: 

Microsoft Office certificates preferred, but not required

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: 

  • Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience with Ticketmaster and Archtics
  • Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce (CRM) knowledge preferred

Technical Skills: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Archtics, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office tools, and Spinzo.
